Founded in 2014, the Coalition for the Registration of Exercise Professionals (CREP) is committed to advancing the fitness profession and promoting the value of professionals who hold NCCA-accredited certifications.
To help you identify yourself as one of those professionals, CREP has created a new badge for your website, social media platforms, business cards, and other Web-based advertising.
The “Find Me At” badge, which you can link to the U.S. Registry of Exercise Professionals home page, identifies you as an appropriately credentialed professional to current and potential clients, employers and other members of your community.
It also helps to align you with a nonprofit corporation supported by ACE and other respected certification providers committed to securing recognition of registered exercise professionals as health providers in order to make structured physical activity accessible and safe for all.

How Much Protein Do We Actually Need?
Nutrients in food are critical for building and repairing body tissues and for regulating digestion, energy production and muscle contraction. The human body needs fuel in the form of calories from all three macronutrients—protein, carbohydrates and fat. Each macro plays an important role in the body and has specific functions. With all the hype around macros, and how much or little we really need of each, it seems that following a higher-protein, lower-carbohydrate diet is the way to go. Or is it? Should we be eating more protein than carbohydrates or fat? What are the best sources of protein—animal or plant based? Let’s break it down.
